GARDEN THERAPY

Better health starts from the ground up. Include your own backyard!

We’re tightly interconnected with our ecosystem. Learn how to regenerate your land and make it thrive. We’ll cover everything your yard or green space needs — from plants, pollinators, compost, and earthworms to soil health — a critical part in developing a healthy and happy ecosystem.

ART THERAPY

Rediscover your creativity.

When was the last time you were encouraged to not only express yourself, but to truly examine, explore, and indulge in your inner creativity? Whether it’s through drawing, painting, horticulture, or whatever your interest may be — I will help you discover, awaken, and turn those latent ideas into something profoundly real.

About me

I am a certified Health Coach, artist, and horticultural designer living in Ventura County, CA. I am certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as the Soil Advocate Training program from Kiss The Ground.

Through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

Kiss the Ground is an organization committed to the vision and education of ecosystem regeneration through restoring soil health. The curriculum features experts including Mark Hyman and Zach Bush, and introduces a “new, old view” of soil regeneration — explaining the principles of regenerative agriculture, supporting students through different advocacy pathways, and teaching students how to speak about and fully demonstrate these principles to different audiences.
